About Us
Founded in 2007 by George Kuru and Alex Thorp,
Ata Marie has grown into a trusted and leading supplier of technical and management services to the forestry and agri-business sectors in the Asia-Pacific and African regions.
Ata Marie brings together a multi-skilled and disciplinary team of experts that has considerable experience and knowledge of the Forestry and Agricultural sectors.
From a core base of Forestry and Agri-business resource skills, Ata Marie has grown to cover all aspects of these industries from technical and financial valuations, IT solutions, environmental assessments, community engagement, raw material growth yield and supply analysis & direct operational management.
Feasibility studies, valuations and due diligence work undertaken by Ata Marie has fulfilled requirements of the Hong Kong and Singapore Stock Exchanges.

Management Services - Planning and operational implementation for forests, agricultural crops and processing facilities in the forestry, agriculture and bio-energy sectors.
IT Systems - implementation of supporting IT technology for planning and operational management, compliance, logistics / chain of custody / traceability.
